On December 10th, 1948, the 58 member states that made up the UN General Assembly adopted the famous Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Paris.

40 years later, the NGO Amnesty International offers the Belgian artist FOLON, to illustrate a new edition “of this true little Bible still too badly applied in most countries of the world.” And that’s good because “Everyone is talking about it and no one is reading it” according to FOLON, that the artist agrees to participate in the adventure. Let’s try this little game: let’s recite with our eyes closed, the first words of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights…
